A certified integrator will be able to plan, install and commission a system quickly and efficiently which saves the end-user money and time.​

Due to the Inner Range recertification process a certified technician will be able to provide the most up to date advice so that the end-user can get the most out of their Inner Range system.

​In the event that they want to move to a different company to support their system there is a global network of certified Integrators available who are capable of maintaining and upgrading their system.

Integriti Basic Course

The Integriti Basic Course provides learners with a solid foundation for installation and operation of the Integriti Security System. Upon completion of this course, certified technicians will be able to demonstrate competency within the following topics:
  • Hardware
  • Licensing
  • Software
  • Programming
  • Communications
  • Automation
  • Maintenance
Each certified technician receives their own personalised Integriti Certified Technician certificate and ID card.

Instructor Led - Online

This course is for technicians who have limited exposure to Inner Range products or who want an Inner Range Trainer to guide them through.

The course is online at specific times and the Final Assessment is taken at the conclusion of the course.

Self Paced - Online

This course is for technicians who already have exposure to Inner Range products however are not certified.
​
It is Self Paced and can be conducted anywhere, anytime. The Final Assessment can be booked online, and the Assessment is included in the Course price.

The Integriti Advanced Course offers learners a more in-depth understanding of some of Integriti's more challenging features. Upon completion of this course, certified technicians will be able to demonstrate competency within the following topics:
  • Custom Fields
  • CSV Importing
  • Communication Handlers
  • Lift Programming
  • Scheduled Tasks
  • Operator Programming
  • Review Filters
  • Compount Entities
  • Alerts
  • Schematic Maps
Each certified technician receives their own personalised Integriti Certified Technician certificate and ID card.

Instructor Led - Online

This course is for technicians who have limited exposure to Inner Range products or who want an Inner Range Trainer to guide them through.

The course is online at specific times and the Final Assessment is taken at the conclusion of the course.

Integriti Recertification

Inner Range Certifications are valid for 3 years. Upon expiry, a recertification test will need to be performed so as to extend a certification for a further 3 years. The recertification test can be performed face to face with one of our certified trainers, or performed online via our training website. Both methods are simple and fast, requiring only a couple of hours of your time.

Online recertifications may be performed from the comfort of your home or office. All that is required is an internet connection and access to a PC with a version of Integriti installed.
​
Once you begin your recertification, you will be presented with a multiple choice quiz as well as a practical programming scenario. These tests can be performed over a number of weeks giving you to opportunity to research as well as save and review your answer before submitting.

Free Online Inception Training

Training is not a requirement to purchase or install the Inception product, with the Commissioning Checklist and the detailed onscreen to guide a new technician through his first use of the product.

For those wanting extra information, self-paced online training is available via the Inner Range website; all that is needed is an Inner Range web account.
